Quality Control: ISO 9001:2008

Our state-of-the-art quality assurance equipment and in-process quality assurance manufacturing and inspection processes insure precise tolerances meet the specifications. We provide first article test report,  coordinate measuring machine report and material certifications. Prepare CMM reports and material certification. All quality control employees have training and experience to be compliant with military standards and specifications, ISO 9001:2008. Our machine operators work together with engineering and ensure compliance to drawings and tolerances and use of precision inspection equipment, while meeting customer specifications.

Inspections are performed with our highly trained and skilled employees using precision tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, thread gages, intramikes, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines.
