Systems Engineering and Logistics Support Services

Over the past 11 years, LESI has provided program management, product development research and design, systems engineering, logistics support, manufacturing, supply chain management, new equipment training, system test, product fielding and installation support, acquisition and contracting support, computer hardware and software development, system safety, studies and data mining and analysis.

Our leadership and staff has experience working for computer original equipment manufacturer such as Hewlett Packard.  Experience includes computer support, fielding, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, system administration, and IT functions.  As an electronics distributor, we ship directly to end-users, our customers will get extremely fast shipping to anywhere in the country. We can deliver computers and accessories, integrate OS, and provide on-site configuration and installation.

LESI provides qualified personnel, materials, facilities, travel and other services to provide logistics support for the Department of Defense.  We provide focused strategic planning and analysis for all life-cycle management functions with experience working in both Commercial and Government customers.

Our scope of work performed for our customer include providing life cycle management planning and analysis for all phases of the product cycle. Deliverables include preparing logistics documentation to include Acquisition Logistics documentation, developing and validating training materials for assigned products.  Performed program/project management on various platforms.  Manage and register Unique Item Identification serially managed end items and subsystems.

Provide Field Support Representatives in support of assigned products/programs.  Performed material management functions including property receipt and tracking, property database entry and auditing, failure recording and reporting, and transportation planning during the development, production, and sustainment phases of the systems.

Customer services to include, but not be limited to, preparing, monitoring and coordinating equipment requisitions and Materiel Release Orders for CONUS and OCONUS operations; updating material property book and other relevant tracking systems including equipment shipping systems; furnishing supply status; identifying and resolving system problems; receiving, reviewing, processing and coordinating excess reports and listings; and providing associated technical and logistics studies/reports.
